A courier aggregator lets you book parcels across several courier companies from one account instead of holding a separate account, portal login and rate agreement with each. In Pakistan that usually means TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax and BlueEx. Logistaan does that, at PKR 180 to PKR 220 per parcel. It also does the parts that sit either side of the shipment, which is the reason most merchants end up here rather than at a pure aggregator.
What is a courier aggregator?
It is a single account that sits in front of multiple courier networks. You upload or sync your orders once, choose a courier or let the platform choose, and the aggregator handles the booking, the label, the tracking and the cash reconciliation with each courier on your behalf.
The alternative is doing it yourself: opening an account with TCS, another with Leopards, another with M&P, negotiating rates separately with each, logging into three or four portals every morning, and reconciling COD payments against three or four different remittance schedules.
Why do Pakistani ecommerce businesses use one?
Three reasons, in the order merchants usually discover them.
- Rates. A single shop negotiating alone reaches roughly PKR 250 per parcel, and only by shipping more than 5,000 parcels a month. Booking through a platform where volume is pooled across every merchant lands at PKR 180 to PKR 220.
- Route coverage. No courier is uniformly best. One performs well inside Karachi and less consistently on a route to a smaller town, and the picture changes again by weight slab. Holding one account means taking that courier's weak routes along with its strong ones.
- Reconciliation. COD is the hard part. Four couriers means four remittance cycles, four sets of deductions and four spreadsheets. One account means one payment report.
Which courier companies can I book through Logistaan?
Five or more integrated partners, including TCS, Leopards, M&P, Trax and BlueEx. You can pick the courier yourself for any shipment, or let the AI suggestion engine rank them for that specific destination city using SLA history, cost signals and your own delivery outcomes.
How much cheaper is it than booking direct?
Logistaan rates run from PKR 180 to PKR 220 per parcel. Booking direct, the best rate most merchants reach is from PKR 250, and that requires shipping over 5,000 parcels a month on your own. Below that volume, direct rates are higher still.
So the saving is roughly PKR 30 to PKR 70 per parcel, or 12 to 28 percent, and it is larger for smaller merchants because they have less leverage of their own. At 5,000 parcels a month that is between PKR 150,000 and PKR 350,000.
How does COD settlement work across multiple couriers?
Every delivered order settles on a twice-weekly cycle, regardless of which courier carried it. That is the point: one schedule instead of four. Each settlement comes with a PDF or CSV report of cheque and payment details per consignment, so reconciling what you were paid against what you shipped does not mean cross-checking courier slips by hand.
If you want paying out daily rather than twice weekly, you enable the Early Payment feature and funds transfer as each parcel is delivered. Withdrawals are confirmed with a one-time code, so a compromised login cannot move your money.
How do I book, and can I do it in bulk?
Three ways, and you can mix them.
- Bulk booking. Upload a CSV, choose the courier, and the batch is booked. A single upload handles 500 or more consignments.
- Single booking. For one-off orders, with the consignee checked against loyalty and return history before you commit, and order details auto-filled.
- Auto booking. Provide the consignee details and Logistaan picks the courier with the best delivery success rate for that route.
Where aggregation stops and Logistaan keeps going
This is the part a pure aggregator does not cover, and it is why the platform is not marketed as an aggregator.
A failed delivery is not a shipping problem, it is a demand problem that shows up at the shipping stage. So the platform covers the whole cycle:
- Before the parcel exists. Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google Ads managed from one hub with unified ROAS, spend and billing. AI generates campaign posters, animations and copy from a brief. Our team can run the campaigns instead, if you would rather not.
- Before dispatch. Order confirmation over SMS, WhatsApp Business API, email or Logistaan Direct, sent before the courier is booked. This is what cuts fake orders and lifts successful-delivery rates.
- Outreach at scale. SMS, WhatsApp, direct message and email blasts from the same portal, with SMTP and WhatsApp channel settings so everything sends from your own verified channels.
- After a failed delivery. Returns verified by one-time code over SMS and email, and repeat-return consignees flagged before you dispatch to them again.
- Alongside all of it. Warehouses, stock, sales receipts and full inventory, with booking straight from stock. Role-based access control. A franchise module for onboarding sub-merchants on your own rate cards. Six business suites at no extra cost.
A courier aggregator saves you PKR 30 to PKR 70 a parcel. Confirming an order before dispatch saves you the entire parcel.
What does this integrate with?
Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce, Magento and Ginko connect directly, with orders, inventory and tracking syncing automatically. For a custom storefront or an ERP there is a REST API with webhooks, plus API keys and OpenAPI documentation.
